When a close friend introduced me to Ann, I was in a low place in my career. Unhappy, unsure, not valued, the list goes on. Prior to hiring Ann, I had been job hunting for close to 16 months. Through the process, there were multiple instances where I was one of the final candidates for a position but the organization decided to go a different direction.
